What do you need from us?

Somewhere safe and suitable to park, a standard 13amp plug socket that we can run an extension cable to.

 

How far in advance do I need to book?

As soon as possible! We are new but already busy so book now to ensure you get the date you would like.

 

How many gamers can I invite?

You can invite as many as you like, but we only allow 12 gamers in the van at any one time. More than this, they’ll just have to wait in turn. There is space for adults in the van.

How much space do I need?

The gaming van is approximately the length of 2 cars.

 

How long are your parties?

90 mins, If you think you would like longer, please enquire and we can arrange a separate quote.

 

Do we pick which games to play before our party?

Yes, we will discuss this before we arrive to ensure we bring the games you like and those that are age appropriate. We will set a few different games up at the start to get the party going and then find out what you want to play next.

 

How do I pay?

Payment is via our website.

 

Can food/drink be consumed on-board the van?

No, sorry!

 

Will the weather affect my party?

No, unless we get extreme snow/rain/wind which compromises safety. Our vehicle has a heater for cold weather and air circulating fan for warmer weather.

 

Does an adult need to be present?

Yes, you won’t want to miss out on the fun  Adult (over 18) supervision is required for the entire party, The named adult is entirely responsible for all gamers behaviour whilst onboard and entering and exiting the van, we recommend the named adult joins the gamers in the van throughout the party

What is your booking / refund / cancellation policy?

Booking Confirmation - At the time of booking, we require a completed booking form and 50% initial deposit to be paid. The remaining balance plus any mileage costs is required 7 days prior to the party /event. Cancellation If you need to cancel your booking this must be submitted to us in writing. Our terms are: If you need to cancel with more than 4 weeks notice we will refund your deposit. If you need to cancel with less than 4 weeks notice we will not issue a refund, however, we can rebook your party for another date within 12 months. Gaming parties 2U reserve the right to cancel, alter, or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, However, a full refund will be offered or an alternative date arranged

 

What if someone doesn’t know how to play a game?

Our staff are on hand throughout your party to support with game playing.
